Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough

If you’re looking for a mid-day snack or dessert option that is rich in protein, this cottage cheese cookie dough may be for you!

Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough


  • 16 oz Cottage Cheese Good Culture 2%
  • 3/4 C Almond Flour
  • 5 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder Puori Bourbon Vanilla
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Tbsp Flax Meal
  • Chocolate Chips or Sweetened Cacao Nibs (measure with your heart)


  • Blend cottage cheese by itself until it's smooth.
  • Add in flour, protein powder, vanilla, and flax meal. Blend well.
  • Fold in chocolate chips or cacao nibs and enjoy!
