Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough
- 16 oz Cottage Cheese Good Culture 2%
- 3/4 C Almond Flour
- 5 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder Puori Bourbon Vanilla
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp Flax Meal
- Chocolate Chips or Sweetened Cacao Nibs (measure with your heart)
Blend cottage cheese by itself until it's smooth.
Add in flour, protein powder, vanilla, and flax meal. Blend well.
Fold in chocolate chips or cacao nibs and enjoy!
