Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough
- 16 oz Cottage Cheese Good Culture 2% 
- 3/4 C Almond Flour
- 5 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder Puori Bourbon Vanilla 
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp Flax Meal
- Chocolate Chips or Sweetened Cacao Nibs (measure with your heart)
- Blend cottage cheese by itself until it's smooth. 
- Add in flour, protein powder, vanilla, and flax meal. Blend well.  
- Fold in chocolate chips or cacao nibs and enjoy!
