Basic Mug Muffin

Ingredients
1/2
mashed banana (very ripe)
1/2
cup
rolled oats
1
egg
1
egg white
2-3
tbsp
milk
(of choice)
pinch of cinnamon, pinch of salt, 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips, 1/3 cup blueberries, etc
optional
Toppings (optional)
Drizzle of peanut butter, greek yogurt, honey or jam!
Instructions
Mix in a large mug or small microwave safe bowl and microwave for 3 min or until firm!
I love topping mine with a spoon of peanut butter, a drizzle of honey or spoon of full fat greek yogurt!
