Trying to get more probiotic foods in your diet? Kefir is an easy food to integrate because it’s SO versatile…it’s great in smoothies, mixed with muesli and even in savory dressings like this one.
Kefir is fermented dairy, like yogurt, but it’s fermentation process is longer. The longer fermentation results in lower levels of lactose than yogurt, so it might be easier for those with digestive issues to consume. It also contains MORE probiotics than yogurt does!
