Protein Waffles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 C Rolled Oats blended into flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 5 Egg Whites
  • 1 1/2 C Cottage Cheese
  • 3 scoops Protein Powder Orgain Simple Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Axtract
  • 1/4 C Milk
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • Any mix-ins

Instructions
 

  • Blend oats first to make oat flour.
  • Add in all the other ingredients into the blender and blend well.
  • Cook in your waffle maker, adding any additional mix-ins you like. Each waffle took about 4-5 minutes in my waffle maker.
  • Serve or seal in freezer bags to store for later.
