Pumpkin Pie Baked Yogurt

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 C Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 C Pumpkin Puree
  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 Tbsp Almond Flour
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/4 C Maple Syrup
  • Pinch of Salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • Mix all the ingredients together well.
  • Pour in baking dish- I use a 9 inch pie pan but an 8 x 8 glass Pyrex dish also works.
  • Bake for 38-45 minutes- keep an eye on it- you want to bake it until the center is no longer jiggly.
  • Let it cool, and enjoy!
